چکیده
Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are commonly associated with agricultural produces like cereals, fruits, and vegetables. Probiotic lactobacilli the potential microbes to reduce unavoidable pesticide absorption besides their ability degrade pesticides in humans wildlife. The present study aimed evaluate strains Lactobacillus plantarum Pb3, acidophilus Pc1 lactis Pt4 for antioxidant tolerance simulated gastric intestinal juice understand effects against oxidative damage induced by chlorpyriphos, imidacloprid chlorantraniliprole. Among three strains, L. Pb3 exhibited highest juices, followed Pt4. Intact cells possessed higher activity than cell-free extracts cellfree supernatant. lipid peroxidation inhibition of intact presence chlorantraniliprole was 58.12%, 50.75% 48.88% respectively, it 46.19% absence pesticides. Hydroxyl radical scavenging abilities imidacloprid, were 52.09%, 49.88%, 49.15% as 45.56% Under a 70 75% survival rate recorded Pb3. LAB juices indicated protective adverse effect on human health.

Characterisation of probiotic properties in human vaginal lactobacilli strains
BACKGROUND Vaginal lactobacilli offer protection against recurrent urinary infections, bacterial vaginosis, and vaginal candidiasis. OBJECTIVE To characterise the isolated vaginal lactobacilli strains for their probiotic properties and to compare their probiotic potential. METHODS The Lactobacillus strains were isolated from vaginal samples by conventional culturing and identified by sequen...
متن کاملProtective Role of Apigenin Against Aβ 25-35 Toxicity Via Inhibition of Mitochondrial Cytochrome c Release
Introduction: Cognitive dysfunction is the most common problem of patients with Alzheimer disease (AD). The pathological mechanism of cognitive impairment in AD may contribute to neuronal loss, synaptic dysfunction, and alteration in neurotransmitters receptors. Mitochondrial synapses dysfunction due to the accumulation of amyloid beta (Aβ) is one of the earliest pathological features of AD. Th...
متن کاملIn Vitro Activity of Lactobacilli with Probiotic Potential Isolated from Cocoa Fermentation against Gardnerella vaginalis
Study of the probiotic potential of microorganisms isolated from fermented foods has been increasing, especially studies related to lactobacilli. In intestinal models, lactobacilli have demonstrated beneficial properties, such as anti-inflammatory activity and increased antibody production, but the molecular mechanisms involving probiotic and antagonistic action as well as their effect on human...
متن کاملMicroencapsulation of Potential Probiotic Lactobacilli by Extrusion Technique
In order to provide health benefits potential probiotic strains must be viable and metabolically active in the product and maintance their activity in gastrointestinal tract (GIT). Therefore, the current investigations are based on protection of probiotics by microencapsulation to increase survival and delivery of bacterial cultures to the GIT. Several reports have shown better survival of enca...
متن کاملProtective Role of Adansonia digitata Extract Against Glyphosate-induced Hepatorenal Toxicity in Adult Male Wistar Rats
Background: Glyphosate is the most widely used herbicide, and it poses numerous health risks to the environment and living organisms. This study aimed at assessing the protective role of Adansonia digitata (A. digitata) on glyphosate-induced hepatorenal toxicity in a Wistar rat model. Methods: Twenty-five rats were randomly divided into five groups of five animals each. The first group did not...
